The more accurate method to determine health risks related to obesity is through a body composition analysis, or BCA. A BCA reading will not only give you your weight and BMI, but more importantly provides a thorough breakdown of your body’s fat, muscle, and water percentages. The general rule is that the higher your fat percentage, the higher your health risk, especially if most of that fat is sitting around your waist.
We have a BCA scale that will provide you with a personalized report that can show you exactly where you fall on the health risk scale. This report will also show you how much weight you can expect to lose by following one of our weight loss plans.
At the core of our medical weight loss program is behavioral counseling, which is designed to identify the root causes of your weight loss challenges so we can develop strategies to help you overcome them in initially and in the long term. Behavioral counseling can be supported by various related components, such as meal replacement and pharmacological therapies. Whatever plan you choose, it will be tailored to your unique needs.

During an initial screening, you can expect to receive your personalized BCA scale report and a fully personalized plan. If at that point you are not ready to embark on your path to weight loss, it’s okay. There’s no obligation to continue.
